User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Ownership of the final deliverables may be transferred upon full payment, as per the contract.
Clients must not reuse, resell, or distribute Techsima’s proprietary assets without permission.
Confidentiality
We agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by you during the course of the project. Likewise, clients must keep Techsima’s methods and documentation confidential.
Project Timelines
Project timelines depend on client cooperation, timely feedback, and approvals. Techsima is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or external dependencies.
Cancellations & Refunds
Projects cancelled by the client after commencement are subject to partial or no refund, based on work completed.
Refund terms will be discussed and agreed upon in advance on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Techsima is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses due to third-party services or downtime.
Issues arising from misuse or unauthorized modifications of delivered products.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, APIs). We are not responsible for changes or disruptions in such services.
